Jabil Florence KY is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to foster a positive work environment. You will investigate complaints, coach managers, and help ensure compliance with policies and labor laws while maintaining confidential case records.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 3–5 years in ER, preferably in manufacturing or tech. The role offers on-site work, first and possibly second shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package via Jabil.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in employee relations or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or technology.
• Experience handling high-volume ER cases, especially non-exempt population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Facilitate mediations and conflict resolution to resolve workplace disputes.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and labor laws across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training on communication, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and anti-harassment.
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate with HRBPs and legal counsel.
