Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing and engineering company, invites an HR professional to join its Florence, KY on-site campus. You will independently manage employee relations, recruit effectively, and administer compensation and benefits programs, while supporting policy development and workforce training.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and 5+ years in HR, preferably in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of employment law and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, wage and salary programs, labor laws, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and ensure consistent interpretation of HR policies.
• Lead recruitment activities, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; assist with training and organizational development.
• Oversee compensation, salary increases, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and prepare HR reports.
