Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HR policy interpretation and employee relations.
• Ability to manage compensation and benefits processes.
• Proven recruitment and onboarding experience for manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with AA/EEO compliance and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interpret HR policies to managers and employees.
• Coach managers on performance, terminations, harassment, discrimination, and related issues.
• Coordinate employee programs and activities.
• Interpret and comply with state and federal laws.
• Assist in job evaluation and creation of job descriptions for non-benchmark positions.
• Recruit, screen, and interview internal and external applicants.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, and offer processes.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Support HR projects and strategic initiatives with the HR Manager.
