Job summary

Jabil in United States, IL-based manufacturing facility is seeking an HR Generalist II to provide on-site HR support for a fast-paced operations environment.

You will handle employee relations, policy interpretation, attendance and performance management, training administration, and compliance while partnering with operations management to promote engagement and effective workforce practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment supporting an hourly workforce.
• Experience using HRIS and Learning Management System.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HR support to employees and leaders byguiding on policies and practices.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with leaders on attendance, performance management, and development initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance training is completed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
