Job summary

Jabil, based at the Monument, CO manufacturing site, is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver comprehensive employee relations, compliance, leave administration, accommodations, benefits, and policy interpretation. You will investigate workplace concerns, advise managers, and help drive workforce analytics to improve organizational effectiveness.

The role requires 3–5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or complex environment, with strong knowledge of employment laws and HRIS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Experience supporting a manufacturing, production, distribution, or similarly complex operational environment.
Experience conducting complex workplace investigations and supporting corrective action processes.
Experience interpreting and applying federal, state, and local employment laws.
Experience utilizing HRIS systems and workforce data to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Provide HR support across employee relations, compliance, leave, accommodations, benefits, and policy interpretation.
Conduct workplace investigations and maintain documentation.
Partner with managers to ensure policy compliance and performance management.
Interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and mitigate risk.
Support leave administration and attendance planning.
Prepare HR analytics reports and participate in workforce initiatives.
