Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS reporting, and recruitment at the Florence, KY campus. You will partner with managers to ensure compliant HR practices and drive strategic HR initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of manufacturing HR experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. On-site position with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations, policy interpretation, and coaching for managers and staff.
• Oversee compensation activities including salary increases and job evaluations.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment and employee questions.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data using HRIS/reporting tools.
• Participate in HR projects addressing strategic initiatives and collaborate with department managers.
• Recruit, screen, interview internal and external candidates, coordinate interviews and offers.
