Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and candidate offers.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics (HRIS reporting).
