Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Senior HR Generalist in Austin, TX to oversee employee relations and HR operations for a 70+ employee organization. This role serves as the primary contact for employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and EEO claims, ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Bi-yearly compensation benchmarking, benefits oversight, and leadership partnering are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership or standalone HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience supporting a small organization <100 employees.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, EEO claims, and HR compliance.
• Experience managing compensation benchmarking and salary analysis.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance (not required)
• Facilities or building management experience.
