DaBella is seeking an HR Generalist focused on Employee Relations and Investigations to handle complex employee concerns with discretion and accuracy. The role supports day-to-day HR programs, policies, and processes and requires thorough documentation and timely action.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience in generalist or similar role.
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations from intake to findings.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Conduct thorough, timely, objective investigations including interviews, document review, findings and summaries.
• Maintain confidentiality and document, track, and resolve concerns.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies, performance management and corrective action.
