Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of HR principles, employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support HR in employee relations, performance management, and HR programs.
• Guide managers on policies, processes, and resources with sound judgement.
• Coordinate HR initiatives with cross-functional teams and data reporting.
