Qualifications

• HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with independent, ownership-driven work style.
• Strong experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Working knowledge of ADA accommodations and leaves of absence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, policy interpretation, and other people-related matters.
• Manage workplace investigations and employee relations matters, including interviews and documentation.
• Support ADA accommodations and leaves of absence, ensuring timely handling.
• Coach leaders using sound judgment and HR expertise.
• Identify workforce trends and advise on improvements to employee experience.
• Support performance management, talent planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other partners.
