Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees.
• Administer payroll data, benefits, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation.
