LHH is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role partners with leaders and employees across the corporate office while supporting a growing population in Canada.

You will balance employee relations, policy development, recruiting, and HR operations, lead investigations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, workers' compensation, and employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting employees in Canada (required).
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Experience creating and implementing HR policies and processes.
• Recruiting and ATS management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation, OSHA, compliance, and HR operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace concerns.
• Develop,implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruiting activities, including ATS administration, interviewing, and onboarding support.
• Partner with leadership on organizational and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation requirements, and HR policies.
• Support HR operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide HR support for U.S. employees and assist with Canadian HR matters.
