Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Manage job postings, ATS, and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, I-9s, and new hires.
• Support employee relations matters and HR inquiries.
• Assist policy development, compliance, and employment law updates.
• Administer leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, workers' comp, and personal leaves.
• Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration.
• Partner with managers to address workforce challenges and goals.
• Help drive employee engagement and HR initiatives.
