Hellmann Worldwide Logistics seeks an HR Generalist to support US and Canada HR functions and align HR strategies with business goals. You will partner with country leadership and regional HR to deliver value-added services across employee relations, payroll, and compliance.

The role requires at least two years of HR administration experience, proficiency with HRIS/HCM systems (ADP/Workday), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of HR administration experience, preferably across locations.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, systems, and solutions.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (ADP/Workday).

Responsabilités

• Support a wide range of HR responsibilities for US and Canada.
• Align HR strategy with business objectives and provide HR services.
• Partner with country leadership and regional HR to support needs.
• Assist in employee relations, payroll, and policy interpretation.
