Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an HR Generalist to support US and Canada, aligning HR strategy with business goals and delivering a broad range of HR services. You will partner with leadership to address staffing, compliance, payroll, and employee relations in a dynamic logistics environment.

The role requires HRIS experience (ADP/Workday), 2+ years of HR administration, and strong communication skills in English. Some travel and a proactive, autonomous approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Minimum two years HR administration experience, preferably supporting operations and multiple locations.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (ADP/Workday) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with country leadership and regional HR to align HR actions with business needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, compensation, leaves, policies, and staffing.
• Manage performance review processes and provide coaching to managers as needed.
• Support annual merit increase processes in coordination with payroll and compensation committees.
• Assist in audits, records maintenance, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
