Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR needs across the US and Canada and align HR strategy with business objectives. You will partner with leaders and employees on HR issues from relations to staffing and compensation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field with at least two years of HR administration experience, knowledge of HR practices, and HRIS/HCM systems (ADP/Workday). English required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum two years of HR administration experience, preferably supporting operations and/or multiple locations.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, systems and solutions.
• Technology – experience with HRIS/HCM systems, preferably ADP and/or Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with country leadership and regional HR to understand and align with business needs and strategies.
• Provides support and guidance to management on HR issues including employee relations, engagement, compensation, leaves and staffing.
• Handles performance management processes and annual reviews.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state employment regulations and prepares HR records for audits.
