Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR activities for the US and Canada, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and providing comprehensive HR services to leadership and staff.

The position covers employee relations, compensation, policy interpretation, staffing, performance management, and engagement programs, with travel as needed and a base compensation range identified in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum two years of HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, systems and solutions.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (ADP/Workday) is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR responsibilities for US and Canada.
• Align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Partner with management on employee relations, compensation, and staffing.
• Assist with merit increase programs and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Support audits and reporting.
