Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to design and administer HR policies, processes and programs across client organizations, providing expert counsel on a fractional, interim or project basis.

You will support onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee relations, promote a high-performance culture, and manage multiple engagements with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; and a minimum of 7 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist/Leader.
• Consulting firm background preferred in accounting/consulting or HR consulting industries.
• PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Solid foundation of HR knowledge – employment laws and practices; ability to serve as a business partner.
• Proven experience leading difficult conversations (terminations, salary reductions) and employee growth/counseling.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer HR policies, procedures and programs across client organizations.
• Provide expert advice and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project basis in HR areas including policy, onboarding, performance, compensation and benefits, employee relations and liaison to Benefits/Payroll/HR tech providers.
• Promote an employee-oriented, high-performance culture focused on quality and standards.
• Demonstrate project management and multitasking skills managing multiple clients.
• Work may be at client sites or remotely with some travel.
