Job summary

Humani HR seeks an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with a portfolio of client organizations, guiding HR strategy and practical solutions. You will diagnose needs, build policies, and drive HR initiatives in a flexible, evolving environment.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, advising CEOs and senior leaders while maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality client services across states.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Professional HR designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HRBP for client accounts, covering policies, compliance, compensation, HRIS, payroll oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Diagnose client challenges and develop HR roadmaps and solutions.
• Lead client meetings, present recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Ensure timely, clear communication and manage expectations.
