Job summary

Humani HR, based in Toronto, seeks an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance to a portfolio of clients. You will lead projects from diagnosis to implementation, develop HR roadmaps, and ensure high-quality services that drive business results.

You will build policies from the ground up, advise CEOs and leaders, and manage relationships with a solutions-focused approach. Occasional travel and client visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Professional HR designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law across provinces.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for client accounts and advise on policies, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits and payroll oversight.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify effective HR solutions.
• Lead client meetings, develop HR roadmaps, and enable decision-making.
• Support growth through client expansion, retention and KPI achievement.
• Model Humani HR values and maintain consistent processes and documentation.
