Placements24 is helping a client hire a Senior HR Business Partner for a fully remote US-based role. The role partners with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that enable a high-performing culture and business outcomes.

You will lead talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, while guiding organizational design and change initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP.
• Strong track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Exceptional consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters and workplace dynamics.
• Drive organizational design and change management.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services.
