You will lead talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, while guiding organizational design and change initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP.
• Strong track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
