Job summary

Gosnaphop is seeking a remote Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a large field-based workforce across multiple states. This role partners with regional leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, focusing on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness.

You will influence leaders remotely across 95-100 locations and 1,000+ employees, drive HR programs, succession planning, training, and workforce planning, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partner or related HR experience.
• Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees in a multi-state / multi-site capacity.
• Strength in performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, organizational development, and succession planning.
• Ability to influence leaders remotely and build relationships across a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for regional operations leadership.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.
• Support succession planning initiatives and talent review discussions.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and build development plans.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of leadership training programs.
• Drive adoption of HR best practices across multiple locations and states.
• Consult with leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage HR metrics and trends to inform recommendations and business decisions.
• Ensure policy interpretation and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Build trust with leaders and position HR as a strategic partner.
