As a client-facing HR generalist, you will support multiple clients, handling payroll and benefits, producing HR documentation, and driving process improvements while expanding your HR knowledge and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• You will support 6-8 different clients, gaining exposure to multiple industries and HR needs.
• You will handle payroll processing for multi-state employees and 1099 contractors, time and attendance, deductions, and reporting.
• You will administer benefits enrollment and ongoing administration, process changes, and address routine issues.
• You will create and maintain employee communications, policies, procedures, notices, and other HR documents for each client.
• You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR programs.
• You will maintain HR systems and records, keeping data organized, accurate, and up to date.
• You will identify opportunities to improve recurring processes and help implement better ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for routine HR questions and partner with HR Principals on complex situations.
• Manage payroll processing for assigned clients, including multi-state employees and 1099 contractors, time and attendance, deductions, and reporting.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and ongoing administration, process employee changes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
• Create and maintain employee communications, policies, procedures, notices, and other HR documents that are accurate and clear for each client.
• Help clients navigate routine employee questions and workplace matters, escalating when necessary.
• Support initiatives like recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
