Blackwell HR is a woman-founded HR consulting group based in Wilmington, Delaware, serving clients across the US. This full-time, W2 role focuses on payroll, benefits administration, HR documentation, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations for multiple clients.

You'll manage payroll processing for multi-state employees and 1099 contractors, maintain HRIS data, and support projects while working remotely with a distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years HR experience in HR generalist/operations/client-facing roles.
• Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems.
• Hands-on experience with multiple payroll platforms (ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, Workday, Gusto, Rippling).
• Working knowledge of core HR functions: payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, documentation, employee relations.

Aufgaben

• Manage payroll processing for assigned clients, including multi-state employees and 1099 contractors.
• Create and maintain HR documents, policies, and notices for clients.
• Assist with employee relations and routine HR questions, escalating to HR Principals when needed.
• Support projects in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Maintain organized HRIS data, benefits records, and documentation; identify process improvements.
