Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure to engage with prestige customers and provide comprehensive solutions for installations, maintenance, or operations of networking products. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years of deep customer support, strong Linux/networking knowledge, and experience with AI infrastructures.

Qualifications

5+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products.
Established knowledge of Enterprise platform and systems engineering; understands Linux triage and server OS issues.
Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through meticulous research, reproduction, and problem solving for customers.
Respond to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email or conference calls.
Resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance or product interoperability with other vendors.
Participate in multi-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering/marketing on product requirements and support tools.
Develop, redefine and document standard methodologies for internal support processes and improvements.
