NVIDIA seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet/AI Infrastructure to engage prestige customers, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams. The role emphasizes Linux-based troubleshooting, enterprise networking, and scalable problem solving in data-center environments.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of hardware/software support, deep networking expertise, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software
• Experience with Agentic AI technologies (Claude, Codex, Cursor) in daily work
• Enterprise platform and systems engineering knowledge; Linux triage, servers, and OS issues
• Strong communication, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team orientation
• Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Responsabilités

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns through thorough research, reproduction, and problem solving for installations
• Respond to product support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls
• Troubleshoot installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability issues
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide feedback to engineering/marketing
• Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes
