Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure in Santa Clara, CA. You will engage prestige customers, diagnose advanced networking and AI infrastructure issues, and provide comprehensive solutions across Linux-based systems and NVIDIA Spectrum-X.

A strong emphasis on collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Support drives continual product improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hardware/software support, deep networking knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

5+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products.
Knowledge of Enterprise platforms and Linux triage; capable of resolving server/OS issues.
Excellent communication and professional English skills.
Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or IT.
Experience with Agentic AI technologies (e.g., Claude, Codex) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and issues via research, reproduction, and problem solving for NVIDIA Ethernet Switching tech and Spectrum-X.
Respond to product support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
Resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability with other vendors.
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support to share product requirements and improve tools.
Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
