Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure to engage with prestige customers onsite and remote. You will be the primary contact, spending at least one week per month at the College Station, TX site, supporting technical questions, debugging, and issue resolution.

As part of the NVEX Global Technical Support team, you will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams, develop standard methodologies, and own issue resolution to ensure high

Qualifications

• 6+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products.
• An academic degree from an accredited university or college in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT.
• Shown use of established AI technologies in day-today job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Linux triage and servers; can resolve hardware/OS issues.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem ownership when addressing critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns through research, reproduction, and problem-solving for NVIDIA Ethernet/AI Infrastructure products.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability issues with other vendors.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide feedback to engineering/marketing.
• Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
