Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure in Westford, MA. This role focuses on engaging with prestige customers to provide comprehensive AI infrastructure solutions, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and collaborating with Engineering and Marketing to influence product direction.

You will resolve escalated problems, document best practices, and communicate clearly with global teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
Experience using AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor) in daily tasks.
Enterprise platform knowledge, Linux triage, and server/core OS troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex customer concerns through research, reproduction, and problem solving for installations.
Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, and interoperability issues.
Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to feed product requirements and tools.
Develop and document standard support methodologies for internal teams.
