Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU technology to deliver expert support for data center and networking installations. You will be the technical touchpoint for customers, resolving issues across Linux-based environments and interoperability with various vendors.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams, with opportunities to contribute to standard methodologies and tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in providing in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments.
• Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
• Experience with AI agent tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor.
• Excellent English skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through meticulous research, reproduction, and solving problems for customers installing our products and supporting systems using Linux OS (Multi-distro).
• Respond to customer product support inquiries via telephone, email, or conference calls.
• Resolve customer issues during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or interoperability with other vendors.
• Participate in multi-functional team meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing regarding product requirements, customer experience, support tools, etc.
• As a technical resource, develop, redefine and document standard methodologies for internal teams.
