NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer in Redmond, WA, focusing on InfiniBand and NVLink technologies. You will serve as a primary contact for customers, providing technical guidance, debugging, and issue resolution across Linux-based deployments and End-to-End NVIDIA solutions.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Marketing, contribute to support tools, and help advance product requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in in-depth customer support and debugging for large-scale networking/AI infrastructure.
• Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
• Experience with agentic AI technologies in daily responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues via research, reproduction, and debugging for InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU setups.
• Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability with other vendors.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Marketing on product requirements and support tools.
• Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
