Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is revolutionizing high-performance computing by offering sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring customers can leverage Crusoe Cloud to scale AI workloads and research effectively.

You will collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to resolve incidents, maintain SLAs, and contribute to onboarding materials and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• 5+ years in a customer support role, ideally for cloud/storage/networking.
• Strong Linux CLI and cloud technologies with Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with SLURM, Terraform, Grafana and HPC concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP and on-call incident handling.
• Excellent communication and ability to prioritize escalations.

Responsibilities

• Weekend Shift Schedule: 5-day work week with weekend coverage; on-site for weekday shifts.
• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk and meet SLAs with high CSAT.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and incident management.
• Lead incident response, triage, and RCA collaboration with teams.
• Troubleshoot VMs, hardware issues, and scaling tests using CLI.
• Manage alerts, plan maintenance windows, and perform node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage on incident lifecycle.
• Develop onboarding materials, knowledge base, and SOPs.
