Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer in the United States to empower customers with sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power. You will be the primary technical contact, handling issues across VMs, hardware, and scaling, while collaborating with SRE and Networking teams to drive RCA and improvements.

You will contribute to onboarding, knowledge sharing, and SOPs, ensuring high CSAT and adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced, on-site environment in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer support in cloud/storage/networking environments.
• Strong CLI in Linux and Git for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk and meet SLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Coordinate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams for RCA delivery.
• Create onboarding materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
