Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers in leveraging sustainable, high-performance GPU compute. You will be the primary technical contact, ensuring customers can use Crusoe Cloud to reach their AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology goals.

The role involves working with a cross-functional team across SRE, Networking, and Storage to resolve complex issues, draft onboarding materials, and improve SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field or 2+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Strong CLI skills in Linux.
• Proficiency with Git for code management and collaboration.
• 2+ years of customer support experience in cloud, storage, or networking environments.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), workload management (Slurm, Terraform), and monitoring tools (Grafana).
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and prioritization of escalations.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk and meet SLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for timely issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance windows, and node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Follow global team processes for ticketing and on-call handoffs.
• Develop onboarding materials, knowledge base docs, and SOPs.
