In this role, you'll empower customers by providing exceptional technical support for their revolutionary GPU cloud services. Your expertise in cloud technologies will help clients leverage Crusoe's systems to achieve groundbreaking advancements in AI and other fields.

Qualifications

• Strong command-line interface (CLI) skills in Linux environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer support role.
• Proficiency with Git for code management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs and hardware failures.
