Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer in Denver to empower customers with sustainable, low-cost GPU compute power. You will be the primary technical contact for Crusoe Cloud, ensuring seamless usage and rapid issue resolution to accelerate research and development in AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology.

The role requires strong Linux CLI, cloud technologies, and HPC knowledge, with collaboration across SRE, Networking, and Storage teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Weekend Shift Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday (5-day week; on-site weekday shifts).
• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk and meet SLAs/CSAT targets.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve critical issues.
• Lead incident management with clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage and maintenance windows; assist with node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA.
• Adhere to global team processes for ticketing and on-call procedures.
• Create onboarding/training materials, knowledge base, and SOPs.
