Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a highly motivated Senior Cloud Support Engineer in the United States to empower customers with Crusoe Cloud for AI/ML, physics simulations, and computational biology. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support, helping customers accelerate research and development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud support or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms and HPC environments.
• Familiarity with automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for Crusoe Cloud customers.
• Resolve complex incidents and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Help customers implement AI/ML and other compute workloads.
• Mentor teammates and onboard new staff.
