Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Cloud Support Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers, resolving issues with VMs, hardware, and scaling tests. You will work with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to deliver RCA and improvements.

Requirements include Linux CLI, Git, 2+ years in customer support for cloud environments, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, and public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP). This full-time role offers growth and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or 2+ years of equivalent technical experience.
• Linux CLI proficiency required.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• 2+ years in customer support in cloud, storage, or networking.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support via Zendesk, meeting SLAs and high CSAT.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for critical issues.
• Diagnose issues with VMs, hardware, and scaling tests via CLI/tools.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance prep, and RCA delivery.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams on tickets.
• Create onboarding materials, KB docs, and SOPs.
