Job summary

Crusoe Cloud is hiring a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to empower customers to leverage sustainable, low-cost GPU compute for AI workloads. You will be the primary technical contact, ensuring seamless use of Crusoe Cloud and direct impact on customers' R&D and sustainability goals.

The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with a talented team to solve complex challenges, with a strong focus on customer success and cloud/HPC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of technical experience in IT/CS/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers via Zendesk and meet SLAs.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMs, hardware failures, and scaling tests using CLI and internal tools.
• Manage alert triage, maintenance windows, and node delivery testing.
• Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams from triage to RCA delivery.
• Follow global team processes for ticketing and handoffs.
• Develop onboarding/training materials, knowledge base docs, and SOPs.
