Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure to support prestige customers and complex installations. You will resolve issues across Linux environments, Ethernet switching, and AI infrastructure, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams.

The role demands deep networking knowledge, Linux sysadmin skills, and experience with enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years in providing in-depth customer support and debugging for hardware and software products.
Experience with enterprise platform and systems engineering, Linux triage, servers, and hardware/OS issues.
Strong communication and professional-level English skills.
Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of networking protocols: TCP, UDP, Ethernet, IP, L2/L3, BGP, OSPF.

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and issues using Linux and NVIDIA Ethernet Switching technologies (Spectrum-X).
Respond to product support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
Resolve installation/operation/interoperability issues with other vendors.
Participate in cross-functional meetings; provide feedback to Eng/Marketing on product requirements and tools.
Develop and document standard support methodologies for internal teams.
