Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer – Ethernet / AI Infrastructure to own customer interactions onsite and remotely, addressing complex installations and operations across NVIDIA Ethernet Switching technologies and Spectrum-X.

You will spend at least one week per month at the customer site, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues while collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging for hardware and software products.
• Degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
• Experience with AI technologies in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Linux servers and enterprise platforms with triage capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and issues through research and reproduction.
• Respond to support inquiries via phone, email or conference calls.
• Resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance or interoperability with other vendors.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide feedback to engineering/marketing.
• Develop and document standard support methodologies for internal teams.
