Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending in New York. You will be the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will work within regulatory guidelines while marketing Chase's financial products, drive strong sales results, and mentor branch teams to promote mortgage originations and cross-sell opportunities across the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers; offers consulting based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
