Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in New York. You will be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle, applying your deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with bankers to originate mortgage loans, advise customers, and promote the bank’s lending solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
