Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending in New York. You will guide clients through the entire loan process, leveraging extensive home lending knowledge and maintaining regulatory compliance while driving strong sales results and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with branch teams, marketing efforts, and banking partners to originate mortgages and deliver a high-end client experience across the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Builds a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Becomes the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers and provides financial recommendations based on analysis and product knowledge.
