Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle.

You will promote mortgage products, comply with regulatory standards, and collaborate with teams to grow originations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will mentor staff, leverage marketing efforts, and apply financial analysis to tailor recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through various marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
