Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of related construction experience, ability to read plans, and strong communication; willingness to drive between communities; and proficiency with MS Office and DRH Construction applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years related experience.
• Read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and permitting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and ensure quality on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and evaluate work quality against plans and codes.
• Complete each home site from planning to occupancy.
• Inspect workmanship, halt noncompliant work, and authorize payments.
• Oversee customer experience and keep open communications with homeowners.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage post-close warranty and address homeowner concerns.
