Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and codes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive among communities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DRH Construction apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule and ensure on-time, high-quality homes.
• Coordinate subcontractors across all phases per codes and plans.
• Oversee homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, and warranty follow-ups.
• Monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Maintain safety standards on site and in communities.
• Support post-close warranty process and timely issue resolution.
