Qualifications

• Education and experience as listed: HS diploma, 2–4 years in construction.
• Ability to drive between communities day and night.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of municipal permitting and building codes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with DRH Construction applications on mobile or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedule to deliver quality on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and verify workmanship meets codes and standards.
• Complete home sites from planning to occupancy, fulfilling contract obligations.
• Inspect and approve subcontractors, halting nonconforming work.
• Authorize payments to subcontractors after inspection.
• Oversee customer experience during construction with regular updates.
• Maintain community cleanliness and safety on site.
• Manage post-close warranty process and follow up on concerns.
• Work with sales and management for proactive issue resolution.
• Uphold building codes knowledge and professional conduct.
• Work additional hours as necessary.
